Websites offer Data-on-Demand for AFCEE Projects
To provide on-demand access to current project data, TN&A has created a web-accessible online project site for sharing information on AFCEE task orders. Each AFCEE task order can have its own password-protected website with security-protected user access assigned by TN&A’s AFCEE Program Manager. This electronic SharePoint site provides a central location for all project information including data files, photos, comments, questions, planned meetings, teleconferences, or any documents related to the project so that all project participants may have immediate access to the most up to date information.

Authorized site managers post and update files in one location, without having to attach and send files to multiple email addresses. This assures potential recipients that they will always have access to the most recent version of a document. The individual task order websites also provide a consolidated library of historical information when each task order is complete.
